TANSEEQ (Coordination) for Ending Gender Based Violence in Lebanon

Dear Colleagues,

 

UNFPA, the United Nations Population Fund in Lebanon is pleased to share with you the newly released issue 3 of the newsletter “TANSEEQ for Ending GBV in Lebanon”.

 

This newsletter constitutes Lebanon’s very first national networking tool on Gender Based Violence (GBV). It provides a comprehensive snapshot of activities in the area of GBV undertaken between January and June 2011 in Lebanon. A total of 18 actors in the area of GBV have contributed to the present issue.

 

“TANSEEQ” is developed with the support of Italian Cooperation Office of the Embassy of Italy in Beirut and is issued on a bi-annual basis.

 

We wish to thank you all for your participation without which this newsletter would not have been possible. We also look forward to receiving your contributions to the coming issues. Please feel free to distribute this newsletter widely, and kindly note that you will soon be receiving hard copies of the newsletter.
